• Any requests beyond the agreed scope will be considered additional work and may incur extra charges.
• We strive to deliver the best quality within the timelines agreed upon; however, unforeseen delays due to technical or third-party issues will be communicated promptly.

2. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made as per the schedule defined in the project agreement.
• For large projects, a percentage of the total fee may be required as an upfront payment.
• Delayed payments may result in paused work or delayed deliverables until dues are cleared.
• Payments for digital marketing campaigns, hosting, or third-party integrations are non-refundable.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Upon project completion and full payment, the ownership of the final deliverables will transfer to the client.
• Third-party licenses, plugins, or stock images used in the project remain the property of their respective owners unless explicitly transferred.
• Clients must ensure that content provided for the project does not violate any intellectual property laws.

4. Confidentiality

• SoftBiz Technologies ensures the confidentiality of all client information shared during the course of a project.
• Clients are responsible for sharing accurate and complete information for the successful execution of the project.
• Data security is a priority, but SoftBiz Technologies will not be held liable for breaches caused by third-party services.

5. Liability

• SoftBiz Technologies will not be liable for:
  • Any damages caused due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
  • Losses arising from third-party tools, platforms, or hosting providers.
  • Issues caused by unauthorized alterations to the deliverables post-delivery.
• We ensure the highest level of diligence in providing services; however, liability for unforeseen circumstances is limited to the fees paid for the project.

6. Termination Policy

• Either party may terminate the agreement with prior notice as specified in the project terms.
• In the event of termination, SoftBiz Technologies will hand over all completed work up to the termination date upon receiving payment for the completed milestones.
• Advance payments for canceled projects are non-refundable.

7. Digital Marketing Campaigns

• Campaign results depend on several factors such as market conditions, competition, and client input.
• SoftBiz Technologies will provide periodic reports and updates but cannot guarantee specific outcomes or returns on investment.
• Clients must approve ad spends or budget allocations in advance.

8. Hosting & Support

• Hosting services, if provided, are subject to third-party hosting provider terms.
• Post-launch support is available as per the agreement. Extended support may require an additional maintenance contract.

9. Amendments

SoftBiz Technologies reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes in advance.
